For independent P&C agencies

Turn your agency’s knowledge into answers your team can verify.

Agency SLM turns your procedures, training material, carrier guidance, and Drive folders into cited answers—so routine questions stop landing on owners and managers. When the sources cannot support an answer, Agency SLM says so and sends the user to a manager or carrier.

How do I submit a policy modification?

AgencySLM assistant

To submit a policy modification:

  1. Confirm the named insured, requested change, requested effective date, and written authorization. Attach any supporting documents.
  2. In Cascade Service Hub, open Policy Service → New Modification, select the policy, enter the requested change, and submit it.
  3. Save the service-ticket number in the account activity. Treat the change as pending until the carrier confirms it.
  4. When confirmation arrives, update the account note and notify the customer.

Take routine questions off the manager’s desk

Staff can check process steps and ownership in the flow of work instead of waiting for someone to answer again.

See the evidence before anyone acts

Every supported demo answer points to the exact synthetic passages used, so the team can verify the guidance.

Keep missing evidence visible

When the workspace has no approved source, Agency SLM does not invent an answer—it directs the user to a manager or carrier.

More than a document search

Your documents are the starting point. The service makes them usable.

Agency SLM combines your private sources with insurance-specific onboarding, agency-level tuning, staff training, and manager visibility. The goal is a workspace that fits how your team operates—not another generic chat box.

Connect the knowledge you already maintain

Upload agency documents manually or synchronize Google Drive files and folders.

Tune how Agency SLM should respond

Shape terminology, answer style, business context, and escalation wording around your agency.

Build the habit with guided onboarding

Start with a focused group, train the team, and verify cited answers against real operating questions.

See whether the workspace is becoming useful

Owners and managers can review adoption, question volume, and source health without exposing answer content in health reporting.

A free guided eight-week pilot

Prove it with your own questions before you commit.

The pilot starts with your agency’s sources and ends with a review of how the workspace was used. There is no automatic paid conversion.

  1. Build

Connect initial sources and tune the assistant to your terminology, response style, and escalation path.

  2. Use

Train an initial group, ask real operating questions, and inspect the evidence behind supported answers.

  3. Review

Look at adoption and source health together, then decide whether continuing makes sense for your agency.

Plans after the pilot

Choose the capacity and oversight your agency needs.

Every paid plan keeps the same source-grounded answers, visible citations, and no-source behavior demonstrated above. What changes is team capacity, Drive synchronization scope, custom branding, and rollout model.

Before any paid plan

Free, guided eight-week pilot

Test Agency SLM with your own questions and sources. The pilot does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Before you request a workspace

The practical questions, answered.

What happens when the answer is not in our documents?

Agency SLM says that the connected sources do not support an answer and directs the user to a manager, carrier, or other authoritative source. It does not turn missing documentation into a confident response.

What knowledge can we connect?

You can upload agency documents manually or synchronize Google Drive files and folders. The product supports common office and document formats, including PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, CSV, text, Markdown, and HTML.

Does Agency SLM replace carrier guidance or manager judgment?

No. It helps staff find and inspect internal guidance, but it does not replace professional judgment, current carrier guidance, legal advice, or manager oversight.

What does the guided pilot include?

We help configure the private workspace, connect initial sources, tune answer behavior and escalation wording, train an initial group of users, and review adoption and source health during the pilot.

Is customer content used to train models?

No. Customer content is kept within its workspace boundary and is never used to train models.
